Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit the estimate request form we collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, the service you are interested in, and the message you write (for example, a description of the damage to your vehicle).
• Your consent choices. We record whether you agreed to be contacted and, separately, whether you opted in to text messages, including the date and time, the language of the page, and the version of the consent wording you saw.
• Attribution information. With your submission we may receive the page you were on, the page that referred you, and campaign tags (such as UTM parameters or a Google Click ID) so we understand how people find us.
• Analytics information. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. This can include your approximate location, device and browser type, pages visited, and interactions such as tapping the phone number or directions button. We configure IP addresses to be anonymized where supported.

How we use information

• To respond to your estimate request and communicate with you about your vehicle.
• To schedule inspections and, if you ask us to, coordinate with your insurance company.
• To send text messages about your estimate or appointment, but only if you opted in (see below).
• To understand and improve website performance and our marketing.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse, and to comply with the law.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you — such as our form-delivery service, email provider, website host, analytics provider, and (if text messaging is turned on) our messaging platform — and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.

Text messaging (SMS)

• What we collect: your mobile number, your opt-in choice, and the date, time, language, and wording version of your consent.
• What we use it for: estimate and appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates. We do not send marketing text messages through this program.
• No sharing for marketing: mobile opt-in data and phone numbers are not shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our messaging service provider receives your number only to deliver messages for us.
• Frequency and costs: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out or get help: reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us at (408) 691-1835.
• Not a condition of service: you do not have to agree to text messages to request an estimate or use our services.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics 4 sets cookies and similar identifiers to measure site usage, and Google processes that data on our behalf. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to contact us.

Third-party form service

When you submit our estimate form, the submission is processed by a third-party form-delivery service (currently FormSubmit, formsubmit.co) that receives the information and forwards it to our email inbox. That provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy. If we change providers, we will update this page. Links to other sites, such as Google Maps, are governed by those sites' own policies.

Data retention

We keep estimate requests for as long as we need them to respond to you and for reasonable business records, and then delete or anonymize them. We keep text-message consent records for as long as needed to document your consent and to comply with applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. California residents may have additional rights under California privacy law, including the rights to know, delete, and correct personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
